What do I put in the glasses for the steam?

You fill the glasses with mineral water. This is easily done by removing the reservoir (magnetic) and filling it with the included refill bottle. Do not use tap water or any oils or drops in the lunei glasses!

Are the Lunei eye glasses safe for everyday use?

Yes. The glasses work with gentle, controlled heat and safe atomizing steam. All temperatures remain within dermatologically safe limits. Daily use is no problem and is even recommended for tired eyes.

Should I keep my eyes open or closed while using the steam?

We recommend keeping your eyes closed while using the steam function.

Can I use the massage and steam separately?

Yes. You can use steam and massage together , or separately.

For example: steam only for hydration or massage only to relieve tension.

Is there music in the glasses?

Yes. The glasses have built-in relaxing music.

You can choose to:

  • to use the default sound,
  • to adjust the volume,
  • or play your own music or podcast via Bluetooth .
How do I clean the Lunei glasses?

The glasses have a built-in cleaning mode that automatically rinses all channels. You can wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use any aggressive products. The internal components are completely sealed and secure.

Are the glasses suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. The mist is ultra-fine, and the heat/cool settings stay within safe limits. The massage heads are soft and gentle on the skin.

Ordering, Shipping & Tracking

How can I place an order?

To place an order , first go to the product page, which you can access via the navigation. Then select the desired quantity and click "Add to cart." You will now be redirected to your shopping cart. Then click "Checkout" and follow the steps indicated to place your order.

I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

In this case, please email info@lunei.co as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to correct the error later.

Where does Lunei ship from?

Lunei ships from a centralized international fulfillment center, ensuring fast and reliable worldwide delivery. While exact warehouse locations may vary depending on inventory levels and destination, all orders are processed within 24–48 hours and typically delivered within 6–10 business days in Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia.

Lunei works with international logistics partners to ensure safe and traceable shipping, wherever you are in the world.

How long does shipping take?

Our team is working hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Due to high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer in some locations. Despite this high demand, your order should generally arrive within 6–10 business days after we receive your payment.

During holidays and peak periods, orders usually arrive within 10–15 business days after we receive your payment.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, enter the tracking number we provided on our track and trace page. It may take 1–3 business days for your order status to be visible after you receive the tracking number.

If you haven't received a tracking number from us, please email info@lunei.co . We'll then immediately notify you of your tracking number and the status of your order.

How can I return my Lunei glasses?

To return an item, please email info@lunei.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you can return the product to the return address provided.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days after we receive the product.

What are the return rules?

If you wish to return your order, please visit our returns policy page for detailed information on the returns procedure.

Cancellation period

You can cancel your order within 15 minutes to 2 hours after you placed it.
