Delivery times

Europe & United States: 5–7 business days.

Please note: During busy periods such as holidays or sales, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Europe: Free shipping from €30. Below that: €4.99

United states: Free shipping from $50. Below that: $7.99

Other countries: Free shipping from €100. Below that: €6.99


 

Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

 

Important information

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address. LUNEI is not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect address details.
